2025 School Collection Permission Slip

West End State School to West End Dance

After school pick up from WESS to West End Dance is available for all classes commencing between 3.30-3.45pm.
One of our West End Dance staff members will collect all students from the oval outside J block at 3pm and will walk over to West End Dance studio at 3.05pm. Students in Prep will be collected from underneath L Block.
We will not be arriving before 3pm. Students must stay with their class until the school bell rings.
Parents must notify us before 3pm if there child is absent from school by SMS to
0401 913 766.
Students are encouraged to eat their afternoon tea on the oval while they are waiting and to change into their dance uniform in the school bathrooms to avoid congestion at the studio.
At no time will your child be left unattended once they have been collected from school.
If your child is not at the oval by 3.10pm and we are unable to contact the phone number provided, we will leave without them. If your child arrives at the oval after we have left, they must go to the school office immediately where the admin will contact us.
There is a $3 fee per day for this service to cover the cost of staff supervision. This fee will be charged with your class fees at the start of the school term or upon enrolling.
